Due to the nature of the product and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

Sizing Error

We would like to emphasize that accurate sizing is the customers responsibility. No refunds, returns, or exchanges due to sizing mistakes. To ensure the perfect fit we highly encourage considering our sizing kit in the shape and length interested in for the most accurate sizing tool. 

Custom Orders

Before placing a custom order we discuss all requests. Once the order is placed you are not able to change design, shape, length, and color preference unless I have not started on your set. Due to the customization, all sales are final. Confirmation photo is sent prior to shipping.
